A: You can book directly through the website. If you'd like to speak first, we offer short discovery calls to make sure everything aligns before beginning care.

A: Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. If you have any recent imaging reports, prescriptions or referral notes, bring those along. A water bottle and a list of your goals or questions never hurt either.

A: Your first session lasts about 60 minutes. We’ll start with a friendly chat to review your history, then perform a movement assessment. By the end, you’ll have a clear plan and home‑exercise recommendations tailored to you.

A: No referral is required. You can begin care immediately. If there’s ever a need for medical coordination, we’ll always help facilitate that conversation.
